Richard Mark Lee became a member of the family of God on Sept 30, 1984. This past June he celebrated 19 years of marriage to his best friend, Wendy. They have two teenage daughters, Jessica and Meredith. Richard served 11 years as a staff pastor before answering God's call as lead pastor of Sugar Hill Church in 2001. For 18 years, Rev. Phillips has been Associate Pastor of First Baptist Church, North Spartanburg in South Carolina, where he oversees the Education Staff and directs the global missions ministry of the church. He has led mission projects on 5 continents and led the church to develop strategic missions partnerships on each. First North has planted churches in SC, NC, New Hampshire, Massachusetts and California in addition to partnering locally with dozens of missions ministries. Read More....
